Terms of Service.

These Terms constitute an agreement between Koukku Kapital Oy (Business ID: 3331246-5, "Koukku.ai") and you ("customer"). They take effect when you first use our service or accept them upon registration.

If you use the service on behalf of a company, you warrant you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

• AI-powered sales and lead generation tools for businesses
• Web development and digitalisation services
• Data analysis and reporting solutions
• Funding application assistance (ELY, Business Finland, TEM)
• Public procurement support services
• Local AI solutions (with applicable security requirements)

• Pricing: Stated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
• Billing: Monthly, quarterly, or project-based as agreed.
• Payment terms: 14 days net, unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payment interest: Statutory late payment interest applies after the due date.
• VAT: Added in accordance with current legislation.

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. The following are prohibited:

• Using the service for unlawful activities or infringing third-party rights
• Automated scraping, overloading, or misuse of the service
• Selling, licensing, or transferring the service without written permission
• Distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful content via the service
• Reverse engineering or copying the service's source code

All intellectual property rights related to the service belong to Koukku Kapital Oy or its licensors.

The customer owns all deliverables and materials created using the service and delivered as part of the agreement. Koukku.ai reserves the right to use anonymised examples for reference purposes unless otherwise agreed.

Koukku.ai provides its service "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as loss of business, data loss, or reputational damage.

Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid by the customer in the preceding 3 months.

• Consumer customers: 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of order.
• Monthly subscription: 30 days' notice at end of calendar month.
• Project deliveries: Cancellation terms agreed project-by-project.
• Koukku.ai's right to terminate: Immediate termination if the customer breaches these terms.

Notice of termination must be given in writing to john@koukku.ai.

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes will primarily be resolved by negotiation. Consumer customers may refer matters to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board. Business disputes shall be resolved in the District Court of Turku.

We may amend these terms. We will notify you at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
